RETURNS
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without stating any reasons, within 14 days. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer is required to inform us of their decision to withdraw from this contract through explicit declaration (for example, a letter sent by mail or email) to one of the following contact details:

If the customer withdraws from this contract, all payments made to us will be reimbursed, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from their choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of the decision to withdraw from this contract. These refunds will be made using the same payment method that the customer used for the initial transaction unless the customer expressly agrees otherwise; in any case, they will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. The refund may be withheld until the goods are received or until the consumer has demonstrated that the goods have been returned, whichever is earlier.
Please return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer.
